Intense exercises and strain and struggle with big weights

I worked hard with 5kg weight in each hand, i am strain, struggle and you can hear me grunting and moaning. I did a lot of shoulder press and a lot of bicep curls (both arms at the same time) with my big weights. Make up on and i am wearing tight and sporty clothes! Pushing myself hard!
