Du kleiner Schwächling hast ja schon mehrfach darum gebettelt, die Herrin endlich mal bewundern zu dürfen, während sie ihren Bizeps flext! Bizeps, Trizeps, Rücken, Brust und Schulter der Herrin machen dich heute schwach, beugsam und verdammt geil! Stimmt's Opfer? Nimm schon mal dein Plätzchen ein, nackt, auf den Knien, den Blick zu mir herauf gerichtet, während ich die ein oder andere Übung mit Hanteln mache, immer wieder meine Muskeln anspanne und dir auch hin und wieder den fuckfinger in dein lächerliches Gesicht halte! Denn der darf ja schließlich nicht fehlen, du darfst nie vergessen, wo du hingehörst!! Jammerst und bettelst du schon förmlich um Gnade, während ich dich im Schwitzkasten habe?? I got new sport challenge! Last time i did 101 repeats for my strong biceps! But i am soo much strong and powerfull ! Now 5 kg per 1 hand and 105 times non stop repeats for My biceps! I did not lower the dumbbells on the floor even once during the all repeats! Thats was very hard! I screamed very loudly! Pushing them hard and getting sweat! My hands were numb and trembling! But i did it and pump my strong biceps!

I got new sport challenge! Last time i did 85 repeats for my strong biceps! But i am soo much strong and powerfull ! Now 5 kg per 1 hand and 100+ times non stop repeats for My biceps!
