I followed the same rules as my previous holding challenge with 3 liters of water within 3 hours, but this time, I was not allowed to leave my bed until I peed myself.. I had put a plastic cover to protect the mattress as I expected that it would be a massive soaking.. I ended up laying in a huge pool of my warm pee sitting on top of the plastic, my sheets were absolutely drenched, it felt great
